María Alcaraz Bonmatí

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship and nutrition. Currently serving as the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also practiced as a Nutrióloga at a private consultancy between February 2016 and 2019 and taught courses at a labor training school, covering applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México.
