Elaine Bredl

Elaine Bredl is a skilled behavioral health professional currently serving as a Behavioral Therapist at El Dorado Community Health Centers since July 2023. Additionally, Elaine holds the position of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Every Body Heals Marriage and Family Therapy since April 2022 and previously worked as a Family Therapist at Newport Healthcare, utilizing various therapeutic techniques such as attachment-based family therapy, EMDR, CBT, DBT, and EFT. Elaine's extensive experience includes roles as an LMFT Affiliate at PACIFIC COUNSELING AND TRAUMA CENTER and as a Counseling Trainee at the YMCA of San Francisco. An accomplished educator, Elaine has served as a Reading Faculty at San Jose City College and De Anza College, as well as an English Teacher at Jefferson Union High School District and San Francisco Unified School District. Elaine holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, a Master's degree in Reading from Saint Xavier University, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
