Jason Wells

Jason Wells is an experienced education professional with a background in business operations and organizational strategy. Currently serving as Managing Director of Business Operations at EL Education since January 2017, Jason previously held the role of Senior Director of Organizational Strategy in the same organization. Prior experience includes positions such as Philadelphia Program Director at Springboard Collaborative and Fellow for Educator Engagement and the Common Core at Regents Research Fund, where responsibilities included overseeing substantial curriculum contracts. At New Leaders for New Schools, Jason contributed as Director of Aligned Program Staff and Senior Manager of Secondary Reform, focusing on professional development for school leaders and strategic support for high school administrators. Jason holds a BA in English and African American Studies from Morehouse College.
