Miguel Solis

Miguel Solis has a diverse work experience in the IT and operations field. Miguel began their career in 1993 as the IT Director at Louise's Tratoria, where they managed LAN WAN and telecommunications systems and developed electronic systems for cost control. Miguel then moved on to Baja Fresh in 2002, where they played a crucial role in implementing a back office management system and converting manual kitchen management systems. Additionally, they provided support to the IT department through help desk and field support. In 2009, Miguel joined Gallo Giro as an IT/Ops Services employee, and in 2017, they were promoted to the role of Director of Operations at El Gallo Giro.
