Elizabeth Pierce

Elizabeth Pierce is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in restaurant management and service roles. Currently serving as a server at El Gaucho Hospitality since December 2022, Elizabeth previously held positions as a server trainer at McMenamins Pubs & Breweries and as a general manager at both Buffalo Wild Wings and Independent Restaurant Concepts, overseeing operations at Paddys Bar & Grill and Produce Row Cafe. Prior experience includes roles as a restaurant manager at Woodmark Hotel & Still Spa and food and beverage manager at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue and Hyatt Regency Dallas, focusing on compliance, training, and operational oversight. Elizabeth completed a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from Eastern Illinois University in 2011.
