Randall Arroyo

Randall Arroyo has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Randall currently holds the position of Financial Director at El ORBE, starting in February 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Citi, where they served as the SVP Operational Risk Manager from 2022 to 2023. At the same company, they also held the position of VP & Finance Reporting Manager from 2016 to 2022. Before joining Citi, Randall worked at Re:Sources as the Deputy Manager from 2014 to 2016. Randall also worked at Bank of America as the VP & CFO for BA CONTINUMM COSTA RICA, overseeing Country Finances, Local & US Accounting & Reporting, Treasury, and Sourcing from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they were the General Manager at ADT from 2007 to 2010 and the Controller Central America from 2003 to 2007. Randall began their career at Sylvania Lighting International as the Central America Finance Manager from 2001 to 2003. Randall's early work experience includes roles at TODD UNIFORM, INC. as the ADM & Finance Mgr and IS Mgr from 1995 to 1998.

Randall Arroyo completed a Master's program in Information Systems from Tecnológico de Costa Rica from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's and Graduate degree in Business Administration with emphases in Finance from Universidad de Costa Rica from 1986 to 1992. Additionally, they obtained a High School Diploma from Colegio Metodista, although the specific years of attendance are not provided.
