Rondriques Jackson Om, Capm, Ccsp, Td, Lm (USA Ret.)

Rondriques Jackson (USA Ret.), BASc, OM, CAPM, CCSP, TD, LM, serves as the Director of Business Development and National Military Marketing Liaison at El Paso Behavioral Health System since September 2021. Previous roles include Manager of Operations at the NCO Leadership Center of Excellence and Sergeants Major Academy, where responsibilities included leading plans and operations for the Sergeants Major Non-Resident Course, and serving as Operation Sergeant Major and Subject Matter Expert at the Joint Readiness Training Center, focusing on field artillery operations and combat readiness. Additional experience includes supervisory positions within the 82nd Airborne Division, successfully managing teams and projects, and expertise in project management. Educated at Grand Canyon University, Rondriques earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management.
