Andrea Westover serves as the Archives and Records Manager for the City of El Paso since January 2003, overseeing local government documentation in accordance with state statutes. Previously, Andrea held the role of Public Health Specialist, managing multiple grant and budget allocations for the Department of Public Health. In addition, Andrea has provided support as an Administrative Assistant to the Public Health Emergency Preparedness team. Since January 1999, Andrea has also been an Instructor at El Paso Community College, teaching computer sciences to older adults. Andrea earned a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature at The University of Texas at El Paso between 1999 and 2002.
