Rick Lobato

Rick Lobato has extensive work experience in the field of facility management. Rick started their career in 1997 as the Director of Utilities at New Mexico State University, where they served for ten years. In 2007, Lobato joined El Paso Community College as the Executive Director of Physical Plant, a position they currently hold.

Rick Lobato attended New Mexico State University from 1978 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies/Technicians.
