Carl Beutler

Carl Beutler is an experienced professional in human resources and public health. Currently serving as a Case Investigator at El Paso County Public Health since September 2021, Carl processes a high volume of COVID-19 cases, manages extensive case loads, conducts contact tracing interviews, and ensures compliance with privacy laws. Prior roles include a Human Resources Coordinator at Diversus Health, where Carl established user procedures for Paycom and resolved various HR issues, as well as serving as a Human Resources Generalist at CPCD... giving children a head start, overseeing benefits programs and personnel information management. Carl's extensive experience in the US Army includes leadership roles in human resources and business operations, demonstrating a strong background in team management, training, and operational excellence. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Human Resources Management from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor’s in Social Sciences from Thomas Edison State University.
