David Stout

David Stout is currently serving as a County Commissioner at El Paso County since January 2015. Prior to this, David worked as a Portuguese Teacher at The University of Texas at El Paso and as a Communications Specialist at the Texas Senate. With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Latin American Studies from The University of New Mexico, David also has experience in news production and reporting in the media industry. Additionally, David served as a Communications Coordinator at the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, focusing on immigration reform.
