Kevin McCary

Kevin McCary is currently serving as the Division Chief - General Counsel for HR and Justice at the El Paso County Attorney's Office. With a background in law, Kevin previously held positions as an Assistant County Attorney at the same office, a Staff Attorney at Diocesan Migrant & Refugee Services, Inc, and an Attorney at Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid. Kevin has experience in litigating civil rights cases and providing legal representation to refugee minors. Kevin is a graduate of The University of Texas School of Law and Austin College.
