Tim Fulton

Tim Fulton is a seasoned professional in the field of parks and recreation, currently serving as the Interim Director of Parks & Recreation for El Paso County since October 2022, after previously holding the position of Assistant Director. Fulton's extensive experience includes roles such as Deputy Director of Parks and Recreation for Augusta, Georgia Government, Park Operations Superintendent for The City of El Paso Texas, and Parks Administrator in both Greenville, South Carolina, and Las Cruces, New Mexico. Additionally, Fulton has served as Parks Executive Administrator for Louisville Metro Government and held leadership positions as Executive Director for both Groundwork Dona Ana County Inc. and Groundwork Buffalo. Fulton's career began as the Director of Parks Management and Operations for the Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy. Fulton's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife & Fisheries Sciences from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University at Buffalo.
