Jennifer Borden, CPA has a diverse work experience in various companies. Jennifer started their career in 1997 as an auditor at PRICEWATERHOUSE COOPERS, S.C., where they performed audits for clients in the manufacturing and real estate industries. Jennifer then worked as a staff accountant at Petro Stopping Centers, where they were responsible for financial reporting, budget analysis, inventory control, and implementation of system upgrades. Jennifer then moved on to Petro Stopping Centers, LP as a senior accountant, where they prepared financial statements and disclosure requirements for the SEC. Jennifer joined El Paso Electric Company as a financial accountant, involved in closing processes, financial analysis, and document preparation. Jennifer then progressed to the role of Principal Plant Accountant, where they coordinated system implementations and conducted investment analyses. Finally, they currently hold the position of Director - Regulatory Accounting at El Paso Electric Company, where they testify before regulatory commissions, provides support in litigation and settlements, and interfaces with internal and external stakeholders.

Jennifer Borden, CPA, attended The University of Texas at El Paso from 1993 to 1997, where they studied accounting. Jennifer obtained their Certified Public Accountant certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in 2004.
