Judith Parsons

Judith Parsons is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in regulatory resource strategy and forensic accounting. Currently serving as the Regional Manager-Regulatory Resource Strategy at El Paso Electric Company since August 2016, Judith has held various positions, including Senior Advisor and Resource Management Quality Assurance Specialist. Prior to this, Judith worked at the El Paso County District Attorney's Office from April 2008 to August 2016 as a Forensic Accountant, specializing in investigative forensic accounting for complex white-collar crimes and training law enforcement agencies. Earlier experience includes serving as a Financial Analyst at the Law Office of G. Daniel Mena, where analysis and consultation on tax returns and financial statements were conducted. Judith holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from The University of Texas at El Paso.
