Michelle Fenton is a seasoned professional in organizational development and human resources with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development at El Paso Electric Company since February 2008, Michelle oversees initiatives related to leadership development, employee training, performance management, and HR systems. Prior roles at El Paso Electric include HR Manager for Employment and Organizational Development.
