Robert Almanzan

Robert Almanzan has a solid work experience. Robert started their career in 2007 as the Associate Superintendent at El Paso Independent School District and held this role for seven years. In 2014, they joined El Paso Electric Company as the Director of Human Resources and was later promoted to Senior Director Human Resources in April 2021.

Robert Almanzan earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Biology from Stanford University in 1992. Robert then pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) at the University of Southern California from 1992 to 1994.
