Kenneth Andoll has a diverse work experience in the field of mental conditioning and performance coaching. Kenneth is currently serving as the Head of Mental Conditioning for El Paso Locomotive FC since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Master Resilience Trainer for Magellan Health in 2021. In 2021, they were also a part of the Mental Conditioning Summer Staff at IMG Academy, where they worked with various sports teams and conducted workshops for student athletes. Before joining IMG Academy, Kenneth owned Charm City Performance Consulting from 2020 to 2021. Kenneth has also worked as a Mental Performance Coach at Springfield College in 2019 and at Mt Holyoke College from 2018 to 2020, where they conducted workshops, provided individual consultations, and assisted athletes with mental performance. Kenneth started their career as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Loyola University Maryland from 2013 to 2016, where they worked with multiple sports teams and calculated body fat percentages. Kenneth also has experience as a College Athlete at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2009 to 2011. Overall, Kenneth Andoll has extensive experience in mental conditioning and performance coaching across various sports and academic institutions.

Kenneth Andoll completed their Bachelor of Arts in Sports and Exercise at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2009 to 2013. Kenneth then pursued further education at Towson University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from 2015 to 2017. Finally, they attended Springfield College from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained a Master of Science in Sport Psychology.
