Lisa Franklin Rosendorf

Lisa Franklin Rosendorf has a broad range of work experience in communications and government affairs. Lisa Franklin most recently served as the Chief Communications & Government Affairs Officer at El Paso Water starting in August 2015. Prior to that, they held the position of Division Leader, Communications and Government Affairs at Los Alamos National Laboratory from October 2008 to July 2015. From July 2004 to October 2008, Lisa was an Associate Director, Americas Public Relations at Ernst & Young. Lisa Franklin also has experience as the Director, Public Affairs at PG&E National Energy Group, where they served as the Northeast regional public affairs leader and spokesperson. Lisa started their career as an Account Supervisor at E. Bruce Harrison Company and worked as a Staff Associate at Nordlinger Associates.

Lisa Franklin Rosendorf received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Political Science from Trinity University in the years 1983 to 1987. Additionally, they completed the Executive Leadership Program at the University of California, Berkeley. Lisa Franklin also obtained the APR certification from the Public Relations Society of America in 1997.
