Chris McGilvery

Chris McGilvery has extensive experience in the food industry, serving as Senior Product Development Manager at El Pollo Loco, Inc. since August 2008, where previous roles included Manager of Product Development and Food Technologist/Project Manager Consultant. Prior to this, Chris held the position of Project Leader/Test Kitchen Manager at Taco Bell from 1999 to 2008. Chris began a career in food consulting with The Food Professionals from 1987 to 1997. Chris holds a degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completed between 1977 and 1981.
