Esmeralda Mejia

Esmeralda Mejia has a strong background in the restaurant industry, with a focus on franchise operations and marketing. Esmeralda began their career at El Pollo Loco in 2000 as an Area Manager, overseeing multiple locations. After 13 years in this role, they joined WKS Restaurant Group as a District Manager, where they further honed their skills in management. In 2017, Esmeralda returned to El Pollo Loco, this time as a Senior Manager in Operations Marketing. Esmeralda then transitioned to the role of Franchise Business Director, where they currently work. Throughout their career, Esmeralda has shown a dedication to the restaurant industry and a strong ability to lead and manage teams.

Esmeralda Mejia obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Santa Ana College.
