Maria Hollandsworth

Maria Hollandsworth serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Los Angeles Branch of the SF Federal Reserve Bank since January 2025 and holds the positions of President and COO and Interim President and Chief Executive Officer at El Pollo Loco, Inc. beginning November 2022. Previously, Maria worked at Inspire Brands from July 2019 to October 2022 as the Dunkin’ Regional Vice President of Operations for the US West/Southwest Region, focusing on strategic market planning and operational direction. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Jack in the Box from 2007 to 2018, including Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Operations Services, where Maria collaborated with brand leaders on large-scale initiatives. Maria's academic credentials include an MBA from Grand Canyon University and participation in the Chief Executive Officer Program at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
