Olivia Ross has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Olivia started their career as an Event Planning & Social Media Coordinator at Rubenstein Research Organization in 2014. Olivia then worked as a Marketing Intern at Lighthouse of Oakland County before joining Detroit City FC as a Marketing, Media, & Operations Intern in 2015. In 2014, Olivia also worked as a Sales Associate at Nike.

Olivia's marketing career began at Halo Burger in 2016, where they first served as a Marketing Coordinator before being promoted to Marketing Manager. Olivia successfully led marketing strategies, managed social media accounts, and implemented innovative campaigns that resulted in consistent year-over-year sales growth.

In 2018, Olivia joined Meritage Hospitality Group as a Wendy's Marketing Manager, overseeing marketing initiatives for hundreds of Wendy's restaurants. Olivia achieved significant growth in the underperforming Oklahoma market, leading to the first profitable quarter in years.

Olivia returned to Halo Burger in 2019 as the Director of Marketing. Olivia revamped the brand's identity and spearheaded various digital initiatives, including loyalty programs, social media, email marketing, and omni-channel personalization.

Most recently, Olivia joined El Pollo Loco, Inc. in 2021, initially as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, CRM & E-Commerce. Olivia later became the Head of CRM, Loyalty, & E-Commerce, where they led the design and rollout of a new customer loyalty platform and integrated machine learning and data analytics to enhance personalization efforts and drive revenue for the brand.
