Perry Roshan-Zamir

Perry Roshan-Zamir is an experienced attorney and franchise consultant, currently serving as Franchise and Contracts Counsel for El Pollo Loco, Inc. since February 2024. With over 25 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts, Perry has handled various issues including intellectual property, business disputes, and franchise matters through the Law Offices of Perry Roshan-Zamir. Previous roles include General Counsel positions at Gala Capital Partners, Sunset Restaurant Management Group, Nextbite, and Ordermark, as well as Vice President of Legal Services & Franchise Sales at Johnny Rockets. Perry also served as Judge Pro Tem in the Los Angeles Superior Court for nearly two decades. Educational qualifications include an M.B.T. in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California, a JD from Whittier Law School, and a BSEE in Biomedical/Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
