Daniela Rodriguez has over five years of experience in customer experience and business intelligence roles. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at El Puerto de Liverpool since March 2020, Daniela has previously held positions as a Customer Experience Specialist and Business Intelligence Analyst within the same company. Prior to this, Daniela worked as a Técnico informático at Dependencias de la SEP for a brief period in 2018. Daniela holds a Licenciatura in Informática from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, earned between 2015 and 2019.
