Fred Slaughter

Fred Slaughter has extensive experience in education and athletics, serving as the Dean of Students and Assistant Athletic Director at El Reno Public Schools since July 2013, where also functions as a Teacher and Coach. Prior to this, Fred Slaughter worked at Chesapeake Energy from May 2006 to July 2013, primarily as a Foreman in the construction, maintenance, and operation of Salt Water Disposal (SWD) systems. Earlier in Fred Slaughter's career, from July 1994 to May 2007, instruction in health and wellness was provided as an instructor at Northwestern Oklahoma State University, in addition to coaching roles such as Head Football Coach and Defensive Coordinator. Fred Slaughter holds a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from Northwestern Oklahoma State University, earned between 1997 and 2000.
