Amy McFarland

Amy McFarland currently serves as an HR Specialist in Benefits and Payroll at El Rio Community Health Center since August 2021. Previously, McFarland held multiple roles related to employee benefits at MHC Healthcare, including Employee Benefits Specialist, where responsibilities included determining employee eligibility and managing enrollments for various benefit plans. McFarland also worked as a Human Resources Specialist/Benefits Coordinator at Marana Health Center, leading ADP benefits implementation efforts. Additional experience spans roles in customer service, administrative support, and coaching, showcasing a diverse skill set in human resources and client relations, supported by a General Education Degree from The Airline Academy.
