Carlo Muzzarelli

Carlo Muzzarelli is a seasoned risk management professional currently serving as the Senior Risk Manager Corporate Controls at El Seif Engineering Contracting since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Project Risk and Model Manager for the Genoa Breakwater project at Webuild, where Carlo was responsible for developing a comprehensive Project Model encompassing all management process requirements. Additionally, Carlo held the position of Senior Project Manager at RPS for the Celtic Interconnector project, and served as Portfolio and Programme Risk Manager at Bechtel Corporation for the Dublin Airport IDP. A brief stint as Compliance, Governance and Risk Leader for Gazelle Wind Power Limited was undertaken in a pro-bono capacity. Carlo's educational background includes certifications in Risk Management from ANZIIF and in Probability Management from HarvardX.
