Brian Miller

Brian Miller has over three decades of engineering experience, currently serving as Principal & Project Engineer at ELA Group, Inc. since its inception in 1996. Prior to this role, Brian worked as a Drafting Technician/CAD Operator at Herbert Rowland & Grubic, Inc. from 1989 to 1996. In addition to engineering expertise, Brian has been a Basketball Official with PIAA since June 2015. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Structural Design & Construction Engineering Technology and an Associate in Engineering Technology in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State University, as well as a Diploma in Drafting Technology from NEC - Thompson Institute.
