Larry L. Lawyer

Larry L. Lawyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in site engineering and project management. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at ELA Group, Inc. since April 2015, Larry has a strong background in expediting permit approvals from various government bodies, including the Department of Environmental Protection and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Prior to joining ELA Group, Larry held the position of Vice President at Delta Development Group for 14 years, where considerable expertise was developed in traffic study approvals and Highway Occupancy Permits. Larry is an alumnus of Penn State University.
