Josh Kleiner

Josh Kleiner currently serves as the Head of Change Management and Lead Agile Consultant at Elabor8, a Cprime company, since October 2020. With extensive experience in Agile methodologies, Josh has led significant change initiatives across various organizations, including WT Partnership, the National Library of Australia, and Westpac Institutional Banking. Noteworthy contributions include the development and rollout of Agile operating models, facilitating workshops and training, and improving team performance and maturity. Josh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from Australian Catholic University and an Advanced Diploma in Game Design from the Academy of Interactive Entertainment.
