Orod Semsarzadeh

Orod Semsarzadeh is an experienced Agile Trainer and Principal Agility Consultant with a strong background in Lean-Agile methodologies. Currently serving at Elabor8, a Cprime company, Orod also co-founded Kanban Lab, where a podcast explores Kanban principles and practices. Orod has held significant roles at Infosys, Bee Agile, and the State Revenue Office Victoria, providing guidance and training to enhance Agile practices. With a history of leading multiple SAFe trainings and coaching leaders for organizational change, Orod is dedicated to demystifying Agile frameworks to improve service delivery. Orod holds a Master's degree in Information Management and System from Monash University.
