Sahendra Gunawardena

Sahendra Gunawardena is an experienced Agile Coach and consultant with a strong background in implementing Agile practices across various sectors, particularly within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as an Agile Coach & Lead Consultant at Elabor8, Sahendra leads the implementation of the Tribe & Squad delivery model for an APAC telecom firm. Previous roles include SAFe Program Consultant and Agile Coach at Agile Unicorn, and Senior Scrum Master & SAFe Program Consultant at PCCW Global Limited, where Sahendra facilitated enterprise Agile transformations. Sahendra has a comprehensive educational background, holding degrees in law and engineering from Queensland University of Technology and the University of Waterloo, along with multiple MBA qualifications from the University of Leicester.
