Nicole Bocskocsky

Nicole Bocskocsky has a diverse professional background, having worked in a range of roles across a variety of industries. Nicole is currently the CEO and Founder of Elaborate. Previously, they were VP, Operations at Parsley Health, where they were a founding executive and national P&L owner, leading a 175-person organization of clinicians and operators. Nicole also served as an Advisor/Judge at Catalyst @ Health 2.0. From 2014-2017, they worked at Oscar Insurance, where they were a Care Delivery Operations Co-founder, P&L owner for in-housed telehealth service and flagship Primary Care Center, and oversaw annual risk adjustment programming. Additionally, they were Insurance Operations Founding Department Leader, defining coverage for $500M+ in annual claims, and Member Experience Operations Interim Leader, managing process and people restructuring for Complaints department. From 2012-2014, they worked at Oliver Wyman as a Senior Consultant and General Management Consultant. Finally, from 2011-2012, they worked at the United States Department of Defense as a Program Analyst, developing First Lady Michelle Obama's Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP), procuring expanded participation agreements from Fortune 500 companies, and designing key strategies to increase adoption, user friendly components, and maximize deliverance to target audience.

Nicole Bocskocsky earned a Bachelor's Degree in Government from Harvard University. Nicole also studied French Language, French Theirtory and Art, European Theirtory and Economics at Universit\u00e9 de Paris School of Economics. Lastly, they studied Italian Language, Italian Theirtory and Politics at CET Academic Programs.
