George Vitebsky is an experienced database administrator and consultant with a strong background in performance tuning and application management across various platforms including SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL. Currently serving as an Application DBA & Performance Consultant at Elad Health, responsibilities include monitoring, tuning processes, and optimizing stored procedures. With diverse experience at P-Kama as a SQL Server System and Applicative DBA, and as a freelance consultant for the IDF and others, George has established expertise in programming business logic and managing data systems. Prior roles also include SQL Server Performance Expert at Agoda and DBA PostgreSQL at Sigmabit, alongside significant contributions to BI systems and data warehouse projects at Actiview and Clalit Health Services. George holds a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from East-Ukrainian National University and a Master DBA certification from John Bryce.
