Lauren Kithas

Lauren Kithas is an experienced event production professional currently serving as the Event Production Coordinator at ÉLAN ARTISTS since May 2022. In this role, Lauren has demonstrated expertise in managing onsite events, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to execute over five major events quarterly. Previously, as the Marketing and Events Manager at Adrian's Restaurant for nearly six years, Lauren coordinated logistics for more than 50 events annually and successfully increased sales through innovative marketing strategies. Additional experience includes positions as a nanny, box office assistant at Canton Palace Theatre, special project coordinator at Walsh University's University Programming Board, and an intern at The Irish Cultural Centre. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Marketing from Walsh University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Event Management from New York University.
