Sanjeev Sachdeva

Sanjeev Sachdeva is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various senior legal roles. Currently serving as the Head of Legal at ELAN GROUP since April 2024 and a Senior Partner at MINE & YOUNG - Advocates & Legal Consultants since January 2023, Sanjeev has previously held prominent positions such as Senior Legal Counsel for Special Projects at Emaar and Head of Legal at Emaar India. With a career beginning in 1994 as an Assistant Company Secretary at PAAM PHARMACEUTICALS, Sanjeev has progressively advanced through roles including General Manager-Legal at Gumberg India Private Limited and Senior Vice President Legal & Secretarial at M3M India Private Limited, demonstrating expertise in litigation, corporate matters, and legal documentation across real estate and corporate law sectors. Sanjeev holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an L.L.B. from Delhi University.
