Achyut Biswas

Achyut Biswas is currently serving as a Learning and Development Senior Manager at Elanco since June 2023. Previously held roles include Learning and Development Manager at Elanco, Learning and Development Consultant at GlobalLogic from September 2022 to July 2023, and Learning Experience Technologist II at PayPal from January 2021 to August 2022. Achyut's experience encompasses leading e-learning projects, conducting learning needs analysis, and designing digital learning programs, with a strong background in collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure effective learning solutions. Prior to these roles, Achyut worked as a Senior Learning Development Consultant at ExxonMobil and as a Senior Learning Designer at Cerner Corporation, starting the professional journey at Infosys as a Process Executive. Achyut holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Acharya Institute of Technology, earned between 2009 and 2013.
