Leeanna Egnor

Leeanna Egnor, M.Ed, CCPS, is a seasoned professional in the fields of learning and development, instructional design, and business operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Learning and Development at PennEngineering® since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate Instructional Designer for Leadership Development at Kroger, as well as various positions at G-squared Consulting as a Business Operations and Education Strategist. Leeanna also worked as a Talent Operations Consultant at 84.51˚ and held the Executive Director and Learning & Professional Development Manager positions at CAPofPA over a span of 15 years. Earlier in the career, Leeanna held sales management roles at Allstate Financial Services and Allstate. Educational credentials include a Master of Education in Instructional Design & Technology from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Youngstown State University.
