Anna Balcerzak

Anna Balcerzak serves as the Director of Commercial Finance Operations for Poland and Export Markets at Elanco since November 2019. Previously, Anna held various positions at The Dow Chemical Company from 2003 to August 2019, including Business Customer Service Manager for Eastern Europe and the Middle East, and Team Leader for the Customer Service Team in Warsaw. Responsibilities included setting strategic goals, managing customer service operations, leading cross-functional projects, and ensuring operational stability across multiple sectors. Anna also possesses experience in root cause investigations, quality compliance audits, and customer-facing roles focused on commercial negotiations. Anna holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Warsaw.
