Daniel Lofts

Daniel Lofts is an experienced professional in data management and CRM operations, currently serving as Group Product Owner for Data at Elanco since June 2015. In this role, Daniel leads the development of new data products and oversees existing implementations across HR, Finance, Legal, and compliance functions on a global scale. Previous positions include roles as CRM Operations Lead and Technical Lead, where Daniel managed a global CRM system and addressed operational challenges, and CRM Integration Lead, where oversight of the transition of over 40 CRM systems was provided. Prior to Elanco, Daniel held various positions at Novartis Animal Health, including CRM Demand Manager for Europe, contributing to the implementation and support of Veeva CRM. Daniel's educational background includes a degree in IT, Computing & Business IT from Solent University and an AVCE in IT from Farnborough College of Technology.
