Debra Cochran Smith

Debra Cochran Smith, CMP, HMCC, currently serves as the Manager of Conferences & Events at Elanco since June 2022. Smith is also the Owner of Debonair Weddings, LLC, an award-winning wedding planning and coordination company based in Indianapolis since June 2015.
