Emanuele Negri

Emanuele Negri currently serves as Senior Director Engineering at Elanco since May 2023, focusing on pharmaceutical manufacturing for both animal and human health. Previously, Emanuele held the position of Head of Maintenance & Engineering at Die Grünenthal Gruppe from March 2020 to May 2023, overseeing global operations in pharma production. Emanuele's career at Ferrero spanned from November 2015 to March 2020, during which time responsibilities included Maintenance Responsible for the Arlon Plant and Maintenance Area Responsible for the Stadtallendorf Plant, along with serving as Shift Production Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Production Supervisor in the mechanical unit at Alfa Romeo's Cassino Plant. Emanuele holds an Executive MBA from Maastricht University and multiple degrees in Automotive Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and Technical University of Munich.
