Jane Naughton

Jane Naughton is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Executive HR Director at Elanco since January 2015, Jane has held multiple strategic positions focusing on HR transformation, change management, and workforce integration across international commercial sectors. Prior to Elanco, Jane was a Senior Manager at Eli Lilly and Company, specializing in organizational development and talent management. Jane began a career in HR consulting and held positions at companies such as B&Q and Ferrero, where expertise included high-volume recruitment, employee relations, and organizational restructuring. Jane holds a CIPD Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Munster Technological University.
