Julia Matsueva

Julia Matsueva is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial controlling, currently serving as an IT Portfolio Financial Manager at Elanco since February 2022. Julia has held various finance roles, including Senior Finance Analyst at Philip Morris International, where responsibilities included end-to-end financial support for IT functions across multiple regions, and Senior Financial Analyst at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, overseeing global budget reporting and variance analysis. In addition to practical experience, Julia is a PhD researcher at the University of Wroclaw, contributing to the field of economics since September 2016. Julia holds a Master's degree in Internal Audit and Controlling of Enterprise from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business and participated in the Lane Kirkland Scholarship Program focused on International Economic Relations.
