Karen Henderson

Karen Henderson is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Director of HR Strategic Business Partnership for Canada Commercial and Aqua International at Elanco, a role undertaken since July 2019. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of Canada HR, managing significant transitions such as divestitures and acquisitions. Previously, Karen held senior HR positions at Designer Brands Canada and Hudson's Bay, where duties encompassed strategic partnership, associate relations, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. In addition to extensive professional experience, Karen is a recent member of the Institute of Coaching, dedicated to promoting scientific integrity in coaching. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from York University and a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources from Humber College, supplemented by governance training from Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa.
