Kent Spencer

Kent Spencer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and sales management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Business Development for Pet Retail at Elanco since April 2024. Prior roles include Regional Sales Manager at Kent Precision Foods Group, where responsibility encompassed national CPG brands, and National Account Manager at Hanover Foods Corporation, overseeing key private brand accounts. Spencer also founded and led Spencer Painting and Deck Care LLC, achieving significant growth, and has held various sales and management positions with companies such as Advantage Sales & Marketing, Daymon Worldwide, The Boyds Collection, ConAgra Frozen Foods, and James River Corporation.
