Paulo Menezes

Paulo Menezes is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in the animal health industry, particularly with Elanco Animal Health and Novartis. Since January 2015, Paulo has held various leadership roles at Elanco, including Country CFO for Spain and France, Cluster CFO for Iberia, and Area CFO for South Europe, achieving significant milestones such as the successful integration of Bayer Animal Health in several countries. Prior to Elanco, Paulo was the CFO for Brazil and Regional CFO for LATAM at Novartis, where notable contributions included leading the commercial integration planning for Latin America during the Eli Lilly acquisition. Paulo holds an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School, among other credentials.
