Stefan Gebauer

Stefan Gebauer is the Vice President and CFO International at Elanco, where responsibilities include financial oversight for the International Business as well as R&D and Business Development. Since joining Elanco in July 2011, Stefan has led significant financial operations, overseeing P&L accountability for approximately $2.7 billion in revenue and managing a finance team of over 300 employees globally. Stefan has been instrumental in implementing major financial transformation projects, such as the separation from Eli Lilly and the integration of Bayer Animal Health. Previous roles include Senior Director of Corporate FP&A and Finance Director covering EMEA, where contributions significantly enhanced financial systems and strategic planning. Educational qualifications include dual Master's degrees in International Management from the European School of Business and Northeastern University, as well as Bachelor's degrees from the European School of Business and Reims Management School.
