Vivian Li

Vivian Li is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in organizational design, talent management, and compensation analysis. Currently serving as the HR Director for Greater China at Elanco since October 2017, Vivian has previously held roles as HR Manager at Eli Lilly China, where key contributions included overseeing compensation analysis and employee recognition programs. Additional experience includes positions in business development at Merck and sales administration at AB Enzymes. Vivian holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Fudan University, obtained in 2006.
